"Great staff and super accommodating for whatever you need. The rooms need updating I think but the pool and bar is a great spot to kill some time. Real quick walk to Atlantis and having access to their water park is very nice. "

"Paid for oceanfront room with kitchenette but room they gave us had neither, complained, moved to another room but still not oceanfront. Had to wait two days to get placed into room we paid for. Additionally, we selected 2 adults and a child for king size bed and the hotel tried to tell us that we selected 2 adults and an infant and that we must upgrade to a bigger room. We had to fight the hotel that they could not dictate who sleeps in our bed.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and found most staff to be friendly and helpful. "
"Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are dismissive, rude and seemingly angry at the guests. The hotel and its grounds are littered with trash, restaurants and spa are open sporadically. The beach club is often closed for private events. The music at the pool and the beach is outrageously loud and the island itself is run down and dangerous. Everything away and overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. Stay away. "
"The room was full of bugs/insects!!. From double bed room they love us a 2 individual rooms, separating my family, and to end the story, one room had a string urine smell… it is pretty, but not everything shiny is gold … very disappointed "
