"Good looking hotel in a great location. My corner room had fantastic views of the Vitacura neighborhood. The WiFi was fairly decent as well and there were plenty of sockets for charging devices. . However, there were some subtle flaws in my room. The lighting over the face basin in the bathroom was insufficient. There was a missing lamp on one side of the bed, the shower stall door did not completely close. While I was there , one of the 3 elevators was out for service so this caused delays in getting around the building. So definitely not a bad place but the devil is always in the details."
"Breakfast buffet is not worth paying for. There are great breakfast places nearby and the food is better. Didn’t really enjoy the dinner either, although the pisco sours were amazing. The vent in our bathroom had dust hanging from it and a new bath towel that was given to us had blood on it. The pool looked cool and there were amazing views, but the pool itself looked dirty. The staff was friendly and the location was good though."
