"I was met at airport by Nicholas at 5:30 am to transport me to the hotel. Check in was seamless. The accommodation met my needs and the location was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. "This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price.
However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing.
