"First time to Jamaica and we will definitely be back. The Riu made our experience memorable for all the right reasons, the staff was great, they were accommodating and attentive. I loved how there was entertainment every day/night between the resorts you have access to. It made leaving the resort unnecessary, but if you wanted to they had staff there to hold your hand through the process.
The only thing I would change is how late house cleaning comes each time. My husband and I ran into our room being cleaned after 4pm on a couple of occasions. Not a real concern, glad they were there to clean."
