"2nd time in Ena and I always enjoyed my stay. Everything was amazing, workers and front desk were great.
My only concern was the lack of air-conditioning at the hallways and elevator. It was"
"room was clean. Air conditioning setting can be tricky. bathroom drug cabinet/mirror was too close to the faucet and difficult to use..
It was great to have washer/dryer in the room. wish it had ice machine on the floor."
"Was surprised to realize that it was the grandest building in Jeju. Everything was grand about the hotel, the facilities, the amenities and not forgetting the service!! 10 stars I would be more appropriate!"
"Hotel very convenient to Seoul Station (8-10 minute walk) and transportation (ktx train to Busan, airport railroad, metro). Stayed in Standard Twin room as a solo traveler- room size was adequate. I particularly enjoyed the robe, slippers, free daily bottled water, and strong water pressure. Hotel was very accommodating for holding my luggage as I stayed in Seoul at the hotel, then took a few day trip to Busan, and came back to Seoul at the hotel to continue my stay. 7/11 convenience store across the street. Noon checkout. Not a huge thing, but no laundry facility. While they have a restaurant in the hotel, I did not get a chance to eat there. Would stay again."
