"I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back."
"Breakfast menu was freesh and varieties. The bars was well equipped. The staffs greets, were polite and well trained. My Classic suite room was very spacious, clean and well kept.

"We are at the buffet for dinner and there was sand in the Oha Soup and another Nigerian soup. The focus was overly spicy and I love spice but it was tooooooo much.
The service is always excellent but the food was not the best. 3rd time staying here and was really disappointed"
"In my room - 512, part of the skirting board was loose and coming off which can cause injury. In the bathroom, the shower screen couldn't keep in all the water from the shower cos the shower door won't close properly causing some of the water to stand on the floor. These becomes a slip hazard.
Staff were very courteous throughout my 5 nights stay. The food was well prepared and tasty, although more can be done about the variety of drinks at the restaurant."
"Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star."
