"Stayed in a junior suite which was a nice size but the furniture and curtains were all very stained and dirty to the point they should be replaced. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly either and there were liquid stains on the walls. Bed was very uncomfortable, unless you like an extremely firm mattress.
Staff were friendly and helpful"
"I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was nicely spacious with strong, cool AC and plenty of modern gadgets throughout — this is a very new, very modern property and it shows.
The staff deserve a particular mention. Incredibly friendly and accommodating — they kindly offered me a very late checkout given the hotel was quiet due to the current regional situation, and knowing I had a late flight. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful.
The facilities look impressive: there’s a spa and a rooftop pool, though I didn’t get to use them on this visit. The food is also worth highlighting — really good, even though I only experienced it through room service rather than dining in the restaurant.
Location-wise, it’s in a commercial district rather than a scenic or tourist-friendly area, so it’s not one for a leisure holiday. But in terms of value for money, quality of the room, and standard of service, it punches well above its weight.
Highly recommended."
"This hotel was fine for checking into before a 2.30am flight the next morning. The lunchtime buffet was fine (approx £20 each). Room was in pretty good condition, but the shower leaked slightly. Could have done with better TV channels. Not much for English travellers. The 11pm shuttle was a bit of a bunfight to get into. Not sure what happened to the people who didn't fit into it! The building causes a lot of shade, so you don't get much sun in the afternoon."
