Our stay at Hotel ROC Illetas was absolutely perfect! We booked the Family Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. The full balcony offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding staff. Leo at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had an issue with our door when the electronic battery died, and the IT/maintenance team responded within minutes and fixed the problem right away. Their quick response and excellent service were greatly appreciated.

"Great location! Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very good. Access to the rooftop bar was a nice touch as well. Only downside was the pool closed quite early one night due to a private event. Nothing we couldn’t work around, just happened to be the one evening our son wanted to use the pool. Would still stay again and highly recommend."
