"It was arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! And I've stayed in hundreds of them around the world! Great staff, easy process to check in and out and great added amenities including the all you can eat breakfast! The gym was amazing and it helped so much that I was within minutes of the Arlanda Express to get to the city! They also have a laundry service right next to the check in counters. The room itself was amazing as well. Plenty of space and the aesthetic was perfect. Great views from rather large windows. Thank you so much!"
"First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message.
This left a bitter taste for the whole hotel experience. Shame as location, pool, sauna and breakfast really was excellent."
"Staff are really polite and welcoming. Rooms are compact and weren’t properly cleaned during stay eg used tea bags left and not cleared. Breakfast is excellent although very crowded. Good location and lovely restaurant and bar within hotel. Quite expensive and probably better value in other hotels in area. "
