"It's hard to believe that this hotel is only 7 years old. Lots of wear and tear. Staying in a family room with two queen-size beds on the 11th floor. The bed was clearly well slept on; the springs showed signs of tiredness. The laminate floor had two big loose pockets, hollow underneath the floor. We stayed at the hotel 3 years ago when it was only 4 years old; there were stains on the hallway carpet. The bedroom is clean enough, but the toilet had a hint of urine smell. The breakfast has plenty choices, as usual in Taiwan hotels, the beacons were not the American crispy pan fried style, but steam soaked in water. Apart from that, abundant choices . staff is friendly
We Probably will try other hotels next time we're in Tainan."
"While we had some small issues with our room that is not notable, the staff, specifically Spring Yu, has provided us with much help and great service that has not only resolved our issues, and elevated our stay to a memorable one."
"Hotel is at a great location. The staff is very nice and professional. The service was great as well. I forgot to bring my outlet charge for my phone, and they provided one to me. I will stay there again."
"Visited Taipei for a family trip. Grand Hyatt was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to malls, coffee shops and restaurants. All the activities we did were anywhere from 10-30 minutes away by Uber. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
I’d gladly book here again on my next trip to Taipei. "
"Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!"
