The service was fantastic, sometimes in big resorts the quality of service can slip but that was not the case here. The food was amazing and lots of variety every day. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well.
