Very pleasant place isolated in the Serengeti, staff extraordinarily kind and attentive

You can't drive to Hotel when coming from International airports, Google stated 4hr drive - when talking to Hotel friendly staff they said the actual drive would take approx 10hr or more. So when booking take in mind you have to fly by air to a Local Air Strip - SEU Serengeti / "Seronera". There is a few companies that do commercial local flight and only fly when daylight outside they DON'T fly at night (Coastal Aviation/Regional Air Services/Auric Air /ZanAir and maybe few more).

We stayed at Tulia for 5 days following a safari. The resort was amazing but the best part was the staff. They did everything they possibly could to make our stay the best it could be. They were the friendliest, happiest people we have come across in our travels. The food was outstanding, with plenty of options. We had our flight get delayed and they allowed us to stay on property and use the facilities while we waited. They even arranged for us to shower in the spa before we left. One of...

This is a beautiful place with caring staff. It's a getaway from the madness in Zanzibar.

Don't let the ride there dictate what you're going to think of the hotel because trust me the right there is really brutal but it is so so so so so worth it extremely beautiful the hotel itself is exceptional staff are very good I greatly enjoyed it I would show you some of the pictures but apparently there's no way to do that but I'm telling you it's worth it

This property has everything. There’s a whole welcoming committee that greets you with lemongrass juice and the owner gave us an thorough tour of the property. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous our villa was. Once you are there you never want to leave. The customer service was the best I’ve seen while traveling. The food is exceptional. The high end accommodations make you feel comfortable. They have set a benchmark for an exquisite experience.

On arrival we were greeted by the manager Tony who was great throughout the trip. The check-in was hassle free. The property is nice and upgraded. There is minor renovations going on but without any inconvenience to guests. The resort was very private and feels like you have the entire staff and property all to yourself with minimal visibility of other guests except for the dining area. Rivertrees was a lovely start to our exploration of Tanzania. It is located in Arusha less than a ten minute drive from the town and the National Park gate. Our first ever game drive was organized by the hotel and was very productive and exciting. They also organized transport for us from the airport and to our next property. Excellent quite place, great rooms and amenities. Excelent customer service, beautiful views, lots of night entertainment, friendly staff. The only thing i'd recommend is improve menu variety.

Very friendly staff settled in a beautiful surrounding. Great pool, and everything is so clean. We felt really looked after. How ever, it said in various sites that there is a beach here, it is, maybe 25 sq meter in total, but with no acces to the sea, there is a very large ref.

I celebrated my honeymoon on June 8th at Lux and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. In fact, I plan to return next year at the same time. I hope to see Grace, who works at the reception. Stayed here for one week and enjoyed it. The hotel is on a fairly busy beach in Stone Town. Breakfast was excellent, dinners were sometimes good and sometimes not but the salad bar was great. It is safe to walk around Stone Town with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, fruits and spices for sale. The whole staff at Amani strive to make your time there perfect! The food is delicious, and there are thoughtful small touches throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel- and would eagerly come back again!

Very, very nice! I've seen a fair share of high-end resorts and I can attest with confidence that Zuri truly is awesome! We stayed in a bungalow - it is very comfortable, clean, spacious, the terrace is lovely - facing the ocean and situated on a hillside so you catch the ocean breeze. The outside shower is amazing - you can see an attention to detail at every step. The resort has an abundance of tropical vegetation - a veritable garden of Eden!
