Hotel Indigo Turks Caicos Grace Bay by IHG
8/10 Good
"This hotel is like a boutique hotel. Two levels, two sides. No elevator. A small rectangular pool. A place to eat. A fitness center. A gift shop. Very very clean and crisp place. Food was good, not great. Drinks were good, not great. If they could improve the beach access and have amenities at the beach I would rate this 5 stars. However it’s quite unpleasant to get to the beach, to get picked up, and to have nothing down there from them but a few chairs and umbrellas. If you call to order know it will take on average an hour or more to get a drink or food down to you. "
"Windsong was truly an amazing stay .
The rooms were impeccably maintained, and what stood out most were the thoughtful little touches — even towel replacements were done twice a day without us having to request it. The staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming throughout our stay.
One of the biggest highlights was the snorkeling right in front of the resort — absolutely breathtaking .
The pools were beautifully maintained, and the beachside food & drink service made the whole experience even more relaxing.
A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and paradise. "
"Our stay was fantastic. Room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly, helpful and entertaining. We had a great stay. Will definitely be back."
"This is a very quiet and peaceful resort. Mostly for the adults where as the Alexandria is based more so for children. The nice thing is you can experience both hotels.
The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were spotless. The food service does take awhile to be served and sometimes it's cold.
Special shout out to Adrian for the fabulous drinks.

The marina is lit up at night so it's absolutely beautiful and romantic.
I'd give it a 5 if it wasn't for the hiccup on our last day. There some confusion on the reservation, but they accommodated us"
