"Nice pools, fun lazy river & water slides. Very pricey drinks. Tip is automatically added. Check in was not good. We requested a quiet room with a nice view and got neither. Housekeeping is only upon request, including toilet paper etc. Very dated patio furniture.

"Hotel is in a good location but the Front desk is way understaffed, it took an hour and an half to check in. If you have a car, Parking is quite the walk, in the adjacent mall area and the key to enter and exit the garage is a pain. "
