"Airport shuttle from the airport to the property was very easy. The airport shuttle from the property back to the airport (to get home) not so much. This is our second stay at this resort and we love it! However, the return trip to the aiport has been challenging both times. We had to pay additional to get alternate transportation both times."
" Had an amazing time. Family with kids 8 &5. Kids activities were fantastic, though not too many kids while we were staying. Resort was immaculate, beach was beautiful, could always find a place to sit and a restaurant for dinner. Kids and parents never got bored. I never go back to the same place on vacation, if I go back to DR I will absolutely come back to Elegance."

"Clean room. Great staff. Food lines were often long and all options were not available. Finding chairs at the beach and pools is challenging on the weekends "
"First we were checked in a horrible room. Moldy bathroom, broken stained mirror, peeling paint on walls,doors, ceiling. I've asked the front desk for another room,which I got the next day. Compared to the 1st one, looked like night and day. Beautiful property,amazing access to the water off the beach. Seaweed was cleaned 2x a day. Beach is ideal for swimming. Food at buffet ok. They could improve picking up trash from lawns, shrubs, beach. Little pieces of food/papers/bottles would stay in place for days. Annoying staff offering hotel/club membership every day."
"Ocean view room was lovely. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was willing to accommodate our request for various altered menu items.
Lots of chairs and towels everywhere. Resort is much busier Thursday through Saturday night, had to wait for most of the restaurants. Rest of the time was able to be seated right away or within a very short time. "
