All-inclusive Hotel in Dominican Republic

"Our room was very clean and cleaned each day. Mini bar was stocked daily and requested soda stocked daily. Food was good Pool chairs were easy to obtain as they have several and several pools. Staff was helpful and polite. "

"Our honest review of Serenade Adults Only Resort in Punta Cana, DR: We spent 4 nights in a Master Suite with Elite Service and really enjoyed the room—spacious, well-located, and comfortable. The pros: Beautiful beach, a very walkable resort layout, and excellent food at the dinner restaurants. The Elite pool area is quiet and relaxing, and the resort is conveniently close to the airport. The cons: Entertainment (both daytime and evening) felt underwhelming. Drink service at the Elite pool was virtually nonexistent—we had to go to the bar ourselves most of the time. Butler service was limited to helping with dinner reservations and didn’t add much beyond that. The bartenders didn’t seem well-trained and were unfamiliar with several standard drinks. At the Market buffet, only regular coffee is available—ordering specialty drinks like cappuccinos can take up to 15 minutes, as they’re made elsewhere due to a broken machine. The adults-only buffet food was fairly basic; we were hoping for more authentic Dominican options. The biggest downside, however, was the customer service during breakfast and lunch. Service was inconsistent—some tables went unattended for up to 20 minutes, and at one point a server seemed visibly annoyed by a simple drink request. "Clean room, has small indoor hot tub just before the balcony. The roof top pool was too cold to use but t loved the large lounge bed on the rooftop to relax and enjoy. "

"This place was buetiful but don’t expect there to be 15 bars as it is connected to 2 other properties but you can only visit the one so it’s more like 5 bars and 3 pools, it was a nice place but Expedia is misleading in there description."

"This resort is definitely family and kid friendly. They even have a little daycare area in the main buffet restaurant. The rooms were always maintained clean. Most of the staff was super friendly and made sure you were well taken care of but that was only when they noticed that you are a good tipper. The entertainment at night was great and fun! The bathrooms around the resort are spotless. However, we requested a King size bed for both rooms and received double beds. In the main pool, you would find bird droppings in the actual water while swimming. The rooms at night were actually really warm and the lowest setting was 68 degrees. I do not see myself going back but, it was a nice experience."
