"A very nice hotel. Lovely clean and warm room. A good supply of towels and hot water. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was amazing.....such a wonderful choice. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Ollie and Will ran the bar with excellent customer service skills. Room was nice and spacious with plenty of toiletries etc and nice fluffy towels. Spa was disappointing, only has a steam room and a sauna, had expected more rooms after such a major refuribshment/investment. £20 for use of one outdoor hydro pool is a bit epxensive. "

"Lovely inn with comfortable bed and free parking. We enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and although service was a little slow at dinnertime, they did warn us in advance about ordering at busy times. Handy location for Knaresborough within walking distance of all attractions."
