"The negatives- swimming pool is very small and not monitored properly with the amount of people using it and becomes unbearable. The hotel is very dated and in need of updating. The double beds are very small. Parking is a nightmare and you’re lucky to get a space and if you do it’s £15 a day. Stepped access on the bedroom floors even after using the lift.

"It was lovely staying at the Hilton. Close to the beach, shopping, dining and walks in the park. The beds were amazingly comfortable to sleep on. We had connecting rooms. The 511 room aircon wasn’t working. The bathrooms I think the ventilation wasn’t working. The breakfast options were good however, the two days we were there my daughter couldn’t have pancakes. We were told they didn’t have the delivery yet. Otherwise, it was a great stay. "

It is an older property, so don't expect air conditioning. I'm also assuming because of the clientele, that the room was noticably hotter than I would've preferred. Good thing you can open a window!
Apart from that, you get tea/coffee and a seaside view right out the door. What's not to like? They also had entertainment in the restaurant, and overall would stay here again.
When coupled with the value, now that makes everything worth it. Very...

"Room spacious but location awful. Room above kitchen. View out of the window was of the dirty fans and rooftop.
Wifi signal very poor in this room.
I was told that to change rooms I had to check out at 10am, amuse myself for 5 hours which I had paid for Then check back in. This is poor planning. I remained in the room as it was only for another night and was not about to be out of a room for 5 hours.
Parking is ample and reasonable.
They do not do housekeeping, only after room vacated. I dont...
