views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help.

My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!

Location was excellent just opposite Shangzhi Street subway, walkable to St Sofia Cathedral and shops, restaurants, walking street Zhongyang.

Clean, good value, good service, have good amenities. I like the pool and gym.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very new. Our room was very clean and well decorated. The staff at the hotel were amazing. We received VIP level service during our entire stay. The only small downside is the hotel is a little far from the main part of town. It took about 30-40 minutes to get to the main part of town ($10 cab ride) but the hotel was so nice it was worth it. Also the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was delicious and very well priced.

The property is a little bit outside of the city, but honestly, that was part of the charm! The owners are very kind and accommodating. Even though my party did not speak the best Chinese, we were checked into comfortable and clean rooms. We loved our stay there and it is foreigner approved!
