"Very nice hotels with renovated rooms. Got a family room facing the lake in the second building above the Lapland Safari adventures shop. Elevator actually went straight into the Lapland Safari shop so I didn’t have to exit the building and wear tons of clothes in order to start my activities. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is close to the city center, shops and restaurants. The bus stop is right next to the building so if you didn’t want to use Uber, public transport was right there. I was traveling for work so needed a place that allowed me to work and have fun on my days off. The hotel was great for my 4night stay. Highly recommend for business or solo travelers like myself. Warm, renovated, cozy rooms with good WiFi and easy access to all Rovaniemi offers."

"I’m so glad we decided to pay a little extra and stay onsite at Santa Claus village. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us to Finland and absolutely mesmerised my children by letting them know Santa was expecting them. We also really appreciated that the staff kept our luggage as we had arrived early, and then dropped it to our apartment later in the day. We arrived early but staff emailed as soon as our room was ready so we were still in before the agreed check in time. The apartment was perfectly formed and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the sauna was a lovely addition. The breakfast was excellent - we really appreciated that it was served until 11am and found the choice of food to be outstanding. My children particularly loved the white chocolate donuts! Thank you so much - I could not recommend this stay highly enough."

"Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Thank you to both of these guys for making our trip so memorable!"

"The room was clean and modern and the kitchen well equipped with all you would need. The sauna in the bathroom was a lovely edition. There was a large balcony but too cold to use at the time of year we visited. The apartment building is separate from the main hotel which had breakfast, bowling and swimming which my family all enjoyed. The hotel is a bit out of town so we used taxis but these were easy enough. I would recommend the apartments, especially for families. "

"The chalet was fabulous, clean and with everything you need. The staff were amazing and having access to lapland winter park was such a great perk. The sledding hill was a favourite of ours. "

"I stayed in the dormitory since hotels in Rovaniemi can be quite expensive, and this property is very centrally located, close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. There were several showers and toilets available, as well as a functional kitchen, which was very convenient. There’s also a café on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a coffee without having to go out into the cold, especially during winter. I also tried the private sauna for €18, which included a towel and water. There are also designated times when you can use the sauna for free if you don’t mind sharing it with others. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if you’re traveling on a budget."
