"I love this hotel. I love the friendliness and the fact that they are so welcoming! I loved the ease to get to the temple and shopping at Aeon Plaza. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the food. We did the buffet thinking would still have crab legs. When we checked in I asked the front desk and was told yet they still have. Imagine my surprise when we were seated and went up to the buffet to find no crab legs. 😔"

"Very clean, quiet room. The room was very small which I understand is normal in Japan. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast which was fantastic. The room has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pajamas and slippers and there are free amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, face masks and tea by the check in desk. Would love to stay here again."

"The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby restaurants. The trains was not to far and available taxi outside. "
