"We've stayed, now, in a handful of hotels in the DR or Cancun areas and agree that this is our favorite so far. Well run, very helpful staff, attention to detail, clean, great food, great beach, great rooms. Not crowded, very relaxing, which is what we were after! One flaw for me is that the restaurants, while serving great food, focus very heavily on seafood, so if you love seafood - great! If not, you'll need to pick and choose carefully. But other than that, any issues we had were dealt with quickly (eg items not replenished in the room) and the staff went out of their way to help. Each restaurant has its own list of specialty cocktails which is fun! The buffet restaurant has good variety and good food. The variety and choice of recliners on the beach or by the pools was great (more umbrellas on the beach would I think help though!). I used the gym repeatedly and it was well stocked. My wife used the spa and said the massage was extremely well done (though of course expensive!). "

"My Wife and I were looking for a truly relaxing peaceful time and that is Exactly what we found at Zoetry. The joy of being on the beach and actually hearing the sound of the Ocean as opposed to the constant thumping of music brought us great joy. Walking the grounds of the place has a very magical feeling. I cannot say enough how gentle this place feels. The staff is so sincerely kind. Some honorable mentions include: Octavio "Exec Chef" Alejandro "Concierge" wait staff "Wilca, Natali, Johanna, Mayra, Rosa, Oliver, Sory and Elizabeth at check out. These are the names We were able to remember but every staff member we came across was warm/kind/helpful if needed. We send the entire staff a heartfelt Thank You for making our stay something memorable.
