We were there for Shree Kashi Viswanath Darsan, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the palace's stunning location right on the banks of the sacred Ganga. The food was a major highlight. Chef Akhilesh is a genius in the kitchen—every dish was fantastic, but the Gulab Jamun was a true standout. It tasted exactly the way it's supposed to, with a genuine hint of rose. Our server, Bikas, was incredibly kind and took such good care of us in the restaurant. The best part, though, was when Chef Akhilesh came out personally to see how we liked the food and even offered to make us something we’d like for our next meal. That kind of personal attention is just incredible.
What really set this hotel apart was the genuine warmth of the staff. Traveling with our five-month-old baby, we were a little stressed about logistics. But the housekeeping team went above and beyond, kindly helping with sterilizing our baby’s milk bottles. Plus, they were so helpful in arranging a wheelchair for darshan for one of our parents who had accessibility issues. Their thoughtfulness took a huge weight off our shoulders and let us just relax and enjoy our trip.
