"Very clean and nice staff"

"Avoid the first level above dining area, otherwise early morning breakfast diners will wake you up. Also, if light sleeper, avoid side next to Train station, street cleaners, cars, luggage rollers on sidewalk, tram is side ok. Best side is parking lot corner. This is a budget friendly nothing fancy convenient to Reims,with tram steps away and TGV Champagne Ardenne station for 31 minute trip to CDG at about €63 one way. Breakfast is great, great value, pain au chocolat, croissant, bread, jam, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs(a bit soft) coffee, juice, cereal all for €9.5. Front desk staff VERY hard working and helpful. Same with cleaning staff. Nice restaurant right next door. Parking a bit tedious due to being secure with gate for cars. Check in a bit difficult for that reason if you arrive by car, will have to park behind hotel on street off parking lot and walk to corner entrance to gain access to Lobby and Check in. I would stay again, but on parking lot side. Tram tickets purchased inside tram itself with tap and pay with credit card or through kiosk. App also, but a little confusing having to scan QR code on exterior Tram door, not inside tram."

"Came from the US - everything about this hotel feels luxurious. Would 100% recommend to others, and would definitely come back. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the hotel does not have a shuttle. So unless you have a rental car, you will have to uber to get anywhere (cannot walk from mutigny train station to hotel unless you want to walk up a very long, steep hill). We ubered whenever we left and it was fine - 5/5 for everything else about this place - absolutely wonderful "

"The hotel had parking in a garage, for a fee, which was good. It felt like the vehicle was safe overnight. The location was good, just a short walk to downtown. It was located near the highway so a bit on the noisier side if you opened the windows. The breakfast options were ok, I appreciated having some non dairy options for yogurt and milk. We had issue with our room key cards when we first arrived, we had to get them redone. The fan also wasn’t always working and there was no AC because of the time of year. It was quite warm while we were there so it did make the rooms a bit stuffy. We had also gone up to have a drink at the bar but found out it was only staffed at specific times. We ended up going out instead. All in all, on ok place."

"Just a night stop over at this hotel but non the less a very pleasant stay, hotel was spotlessly clean, a great wine and champagne selection at the bar was a real surprise, staff were excellent!"

"Excellent parking Reception welcoming Very nice bar for a glass of champagne No restaurant for evening meal, luckily Very nice restaurant open within short walk on Saturday evening we stayed there. Very nice bedroom we had the standard room, robes, slippers, separate loo to shower room, nice shower/hair products "

"The air conditioning in my room did not work so the first night was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The staff was not able to fix it Breakfast was mediocre- day old croissants in France. Shameful "

"Big parking. At first glance the check-in may look a bit complicated because there’s no reception there with a human being. Check-in process is fully automated and easy to understand. Location is good too. 15 minutes walk from Avenue de Champagne. We liked the hotel."
