"FINEST….. I don’t think so. Got a room which was not the room we choose and paid for. Was not resolved properly. Still waiting for my discount of 1800.00. Did you ever have to WAIT to get on a waiting list. Well if the answer is no , then dine at one of the sub par restaurants at the NOT so finest."

"Parking was easy and secured. The service was good, but it has room for improvement. We tried to call room service and the phone line never was picked up. Later we found out to do any room service request online only because we happened to see the instruction on the tv, otherwise we would not have known how to contact room service. The food was ok, we didn't eat much in the hotel since we went out of the premises to have dinner. Lost and found does not work there so don't loos your sandals."

"A 5 star hotel is a complete misrepresentation of this hotel and the Privilege package should be investigated as fraud! Just had a disappointing 8 day stay and feel ripped off as we opted for the Privilege’ package! All the food at the restaurants was poor at best so your best option was actually the buffet! Although the pool areas where good for kids with the lazy river and water park being our main reason for booking for our 7yr old, lots of missing tiles led to a deep cut on our child’s foot!! Ocean Coral Spring in Jamacia was on our radar for Spring break next year..needless to say we will be taking all Ocean resorts out of consideration!"
