"I was really enjoying my 60th b-day @ the Resort! We really enjoyed a big variety of delicious food. Our butler Jose Miguel Jimenez was extremely attentive, informative and caring. He booked all our dinners in a diverse restaurants and provided daily update about all activities @ the resort. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. I recommend drinks in the Main Lobby, all of them very tasty."

"Overall, I had a terrible stay. While the property itself has potential, the service and room maintenance were deeply disappointing. Staff & Customer Service (1/5): The service here is the primary reason for my low rating. For the vast majority of my stay, I was treated with apathy, disdain, and downright disrespect; professional staff members were the rare exception (perhaps 2 out of 10). Worse, when I used my booking app to report a serious issue involving colorism, the hotel's response was incredibly dismissive, instructing me to simply "talk to guest services." Room & Amenities: The bed was comfortable, but the room itself was worn down and poorly maintained. The bathroom was the biggest issue, it suffered from a constant, foul sewer smell due to underlying plumbing issues, forcing me to keep the toilet lid closed at all times. Grounds:Expansive and well-maintained (the only highlight of the trip). Summary: A beautiful property completely ruined by unacceptable customer service, a dismissive attitude toward serious guest concerns, and poorly maintained rooms. I do not recommend staying here."

"Overall, we had a nice stay at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, but there were definitely some disappointments considering the high cost of the resort. The resort itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Aqua Nick was the highlight of our trip and where we spent most of our time. Staff was friendly overall, although not always very helpful. The biggest downside was the food and dining experience. The food was average, and many restaurants were not open daily, so we ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. Spacewalker looked amazing inside, but the menu was disappointing. The burger restaurant took over an hour just to take our order and serve food. The app was also inaccurate at times with restaurant hours and activity schedules, which made planning frustrating. One major disappointment was having to pay extra for character experiences at a kids resort. We paid for the character breakfast and Ninja Turtle dinner, and neither felt worth the extra money. The food was basically the same as the buffet, and you’re mostly paying to see the characters dance briefly before lining up for photos. Room service was very slow, sometimes taking 2–3 hours, and once not arriving until the next day. Overall, it’s a nice, clean resort with a great water park, but the food, service delays, and extra charges for kids’ experiences made it feel overpriced."
