"They let us check in around noon and staff was super nice. Top floor room (only 2 rooms on the top floor) with a large-ish balcony. Room smelled a bit musty, but other than that was spotless. Smart tv with streaming from your phone, great AC, super comfortable bed, comfy couch, very nice bathroom. Location is super walkable to the old part of the city, market, and tons of food. "

"Perfect location on the river between the old and new town. Hotel felt very new. Clean and comfortable. Fridge in the room which is a bonus. Would happily stay here again as a first choice when in the city next "

"This hotel is in a great location. The hop on hop off bus stop is right across the street so we didn't need to go far to pick that up. There is a restaurant next door that was great. It's also walkable to other sites. I would recommend."

"The front desk folks are the magic. Keli noticed we were still waiting on our uber and offered to get us a taxi. Thank God she did as the Uber driver never showed up and we just made our connecting flight. "

"I'd like to give this a higher review but unfortunately I had a couiple things stolen from me. Luckily they were expendable, including some hair gel and a full bag of walnuts, but it makes me wodner what worse could have happened if I had left my passport of wallet out, or did not bring a padlock with me for my locker. Made me not feel very great. However, the laundry service, staff (shoutout Eliot), free breakfast, and loung area made up for this fault. It is also near El casco viejo, but it requires a good walk up a hill. But grocery storee is nearby which is super appreciated. Bring your own towel because you have to rent one here."
