Perfect location to stay in Bilbao

Perfect location to enjoy Bilbao and the historical district. The bedroom was perfect for 2, not big but with a good lay out. Good bed and pillows, A/C quiet, large bathroom. We will be glad to come back and recommend this bedroom.

The apartment is in a lovely location in the old town. The checkin was convenient and it was good to use just one code to access all doors. The area felt safe. It is about a half hour walk to the major attractions like the Guggenheim and a bit further to the Central Station area. The room was small but quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better spot. Parking was surprisingly easy too, a large underground lot only a few minutes away by foot. Our host met us in person, he was very friendly and did a great job explaining everything. Room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay. The bed was particularly great and much needed after a full day of walking.

Very thin walls made for a poor nights sleep.

Great location, clean room, very comfy bed. However, this place was not for me, the walls must be super thin, I could hear everything from other guests and their nighttime activities. I checked out early as what is the point of a place to sleep if you can’t sleep! As a result the cost of 2 nights accommodation was lost. I do not recommend this place. I gave the 2 stars for the location and clean, comfy bed.

Okay for brief stay as room was claustrophobic

Location was perfect at Plaza Nueva surrounded by cafes and bars . Room was clean. Bed/pillow comfortable. Had a coffee maker but no electric kettle. Window led to inner court pipes which was dark and unsightly with hung laundry so kept it closed. Check in was strictly at 3pm. Given option to check in online or call in at reception at different address. Arrived early so met reception staff who was not friendly but rather abrupt. Left luggage with them and collected at 3pm. Property on second floor with narrow hallway. Lift available. Will stay elsewhere on next trip.

Rooms are small but it’s exactly all I needed as I was out most of the time doing stuff! Bed was comfortable and the only issue I had was the air conditioner kept shutting off every 20mins, and with no windows to ventilate, the room became stuffy so I was getting up through the nights to reactivate it - hotel advised it was because I hadn’t set it right but I could t find any instructions on how to change it successfully and had it set for very cool. Location is the best one I’ve had in Spain, so even with the air condition issue I would stay again as it’s right at the plaza nueva with everything you need 5 steps away!

La habitación es muy bonita y moderna. La propiedad queda en el casco antiguo de Bilbao y la gente esta de fiesta hasta la madrugada y eso provoca muchísimo ruido, el parqueo queda a unos 8 minutos caminando y tiene un cobro extra que no está claramente estipulado en la descripción del alojamiento.
