"Parking and proximitiy to University of South Dakota is incredible. Outside appearance is average, but interior is recently remodled and very clean. Was quiet and peacefull. very little traffic or noise after 9pm. Basic Motel with few aminities, but very clean and priced perfectly for its offerings. Would easily stay again if visiting USD and didnt' plan to spend much time in the room."

"The hotel was being rennovated to an extreme that made it difficult. Signage is all on the floors. We were given a different room style than what we reserved (with no discount) that had outlets and blinds that did not work. No sheets or pillows were included for the pull out couch. There was renovation dust all over one wall. It was not disclosed that the pool was closed. There were signs for a vending machine that we were then told doesn't exist.They ran out of food at the free breakfast."

"The room was good, bed was super comfortable almost as comfortable as home. The shower and bathroom all I can say is AMAZING. That shower was the best one I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The only draw back is there isn’t food close by. But if you don’t mind that then this place is great to stay. "
