"Spacious room. My room didn't look as nice as the one pictured. Lotion pump was empty. Nice this place had a parking lot and was close enough to downtown Phoenix. More like a motel than a hotel though. Decent rates for a downtown Phoenix "hotel"."

"It’s a good hotel. It’s not fancy but provides the basics, a bed, running shower and a roof. It is small but the room was clean. The WiFi wasnt strong but there is a notice in the room about this. It wasn’t a big deal. I stood there for 2 nights with my 7 year old son. There is no air conditioner but they have central air. You can’t control the temperature in the room. However, we were not hot nor were we cold. We slept good. Overall, the staff were friendly, room is clean and it was what we needed for our stay."

"Property and rooms were very clean and landscaping was beautiful. In my opinion, the pool n hot tub area could some maintenance or updates but still nice. We ate on site and the food and service were on point!! Front desk staff was wonderful too!! "

"Staff has not one ounce of customer service. We had to greet them not the other way around. Our room was super uncomfortable, our backs hurt from the bed. Will not stay again "

"Airport shuttle service is good. Motel staff helpful and friendly. Good location. Room was very old. First room offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second room only slightly. Shower door handle broken with sharp edges and would not close fully. Comfortable bed. Inexpensive room but only good in our opinion to shower and sleep and leave."
