"The room was very dirty, I had to clean the side tables myself. The shower door would not close so water was all over the floor, not even a bar of soap was provided. The bed was okay, very noisy."

"Very clean room and helpful employee due to the key having issues after hours! The sole complaint is the cleaning staff knocking on my door at 9am (very aggressively I might add) when check out is 11 and checkout 3. In addition when knocking there was no cart so seemed suspicious. Brought up concerns to office due to 1) suspicious that there was no cart 2) frustrating that they were doing so hours prior to checkout when the windows between checkout/check in is for the sake of cleaning."
