"Cleaning staff was great and friendly. The front desk was business like but not friendly. The property is old and needs upkeep. The pool area is dirty. The parking lot is dark. The area is busy. There was some significant lobby and hall noise each night. I don't think I would return. Breakfast was not great but the staff worked hard. "

"Price was good. Location was okay. Pool was closed, was pretty gross, so it makes sense. (It wasn't advertised as having one on the street sign). Not pet friendly. No serious problems, slept well in the room."

"There were numbers written on the bedroom wall. The train noise was louder than expected, woke me up a couple times. Wasn't a pool or a hot tub. The parking was unacceptable. If you use the valet, you're fine. The open parking was on one floor, very small, charged by each vehicle driven. Worst part was I paid for parking, but didn't have a place to park one night. But I will add, the staff was exceptional. "

"Great view, attentive staff, fridge had a broken hinge in door, coffee not so great, ice machine could have larger cubes (ice melted quick). Overall a great experience."

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and the breakfast was good. The noise level was great and were able to sleep perfectly. The only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned even after we asked them to. The hotel is located in a convenient location next to shops, restaurants and highways."
