Check in was smooth and the manager was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and had a new floor finish and fresh paint. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked. The room stayed comfortable in temp even with the record cold snap. Check out was seamless and there were even Dunkin Doughnuts! Great job!

Parking was great. No pool, no onsite laundry. Really no amenities accept cable. The wifi has been spotty. The owners are not friendly but the onsite staff is amazing

The staff here is amazing. I stayed in a studio. The room was extremely clean. And perfect for what i needed for one night.

Bad

Nasty dirty, bathroom stunk like mold and tub was filthy. I’m not a clean freak I don’t need things perfect but this was sleep on top of covers gross. Plus most people staying there are long term drug users.

I think this is solidly a "two star" motel. Check in was smooth. They've done some recent updates to the rooms, but the work was a bit sloppy with things like door trim missing. Cleanliness was an issue. The bed seemed clean, but the bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor and fixtures, there were chips on the floor of the main room, and the parking lot had an excessive amount of litter and cigarette butts. Some of the people that live in the motel seemed a little "rough", which made me wonder if it was a good idea to leave my laptop in my room or not. The second day of my stay the police showed up beating on my door looking for someone I assume was in a different room, which kind of confirmed my intuition. Anyhow, it wasn't a horrible stay, but it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation.

Cheapest Hotel. Pretty sketchy if you ask me. Only stayed for one night (on April Fool's Day, the day of the Artemis II launch that took four astronauts on a voyage to the moon). If you decide to stay here, "Why would you?" you might want to request one of the end rooms in back, so you're not too close to the traffic noise and don't increase your risk of having a noisy neighbor. Don't expect much in the way of furnishings; this place didn't even provide a chair in the bedroom.

The room was clean. However, there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning chemical used inside the room that was overpowering

2/10 Poor

There were no sheets, blankets, towels or toilet papers. Nevermind the soap or shampoo. The shower curtain was hanging on by one hook. And the bathroom sink had hair from a man’s shaver.

8/10 Very good

Wasn’t like your standard hotel stay. It was more like studio style apartment living. With staff who’s there to put in there hours. Then be on their way. It was a get what you pay for standard. At least based upon my perception and experience.

Absolutely horrible. Building. Falling apart drug infested weekly rentals. No one at the front desk waited over a hour and a half and still no one showed.

This place is sketchy! Super dirty and ran down. I couldn't stay there, had to leave. The bed sheets had stains and burn holes, ceiling had holes in it, room was dirty and bathroom was gross. The property has people that live there full-time. Its more like a project apartment building. One of the worst motels I've ever seen.

The room was so uninhabitably disgusting I returned the key and left. I could not stay at that so-called hotel. The building should be condemned immediately. Please stay far, far away. The deadbolt swung open with the door because it was so loose. The door could not latch because the door jamb had been torn apart. Most likely from police breaking into the room. It was obviously some sort of drug den. There were so-called guests getting high outside their rooms right on the balcony. Massive, gaping holes in the walls and ceilings. Dirty towels from whoever was there last. Garbage on the floor. The beds were not real beds at all but prison style cots. There were no fitted sheets or blankets. You'd be better off sleeping under a bridge covered in newspaper than in this rubble heap. The property managers ignore hotels.com customer service. They're counting on hotels.com siding with the property if there is no communication response in the event of a refund request. Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for allowing bookings at places like this. With paint flaking off the walls and unfinished flooring this place is an absolute disgrace.
