"Parking is green. Staff is great casino is awesome. Main restaurant is closed and the other fine dining restaurant doesn’t allow you to take the food up to your room. The pool had some issues with hair being on the pool deck 2 days in a row. In our room first thing we noticed as we entered was a dead fly on our table and another fly on our lamp. "

"There was no elevator in this facility. I had gotten this particular accommodation because I had a handicapped family member living nearby that I wanted to visit with us while we were in town. Because of no elevator, they were not able to visit us. The “buffet breakfast “ was lacking. It is a beautifully quaint place to stay! It just needs some tweaking!"

"Our room was clean and so was the lobby and breakfast area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room hvac unit worked well but we like to be able to run the fan constantly while sleeping and this system wouldn’t allow us to do so. It was quite warm in the building. Breakfast was decent and somewhat typical eggs with cheese, biscuits and sausage gravy but no meat. Everything seemed fresh. We would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Breakfast was. Much better than at Holiday inn and quality inn near same location. This is a much better hotel to stay at with better customer base. I'll be back "

"Room was not clean, smoke detector no battery, shower handle was not functioning properly, splatter on the walls, fridge was not cold even after turning it up. Sheets and towls clean and smell was good but comforter had obvious stains. Pool and hot tub was closed nothing posted on website while booking. Staff was excellent! "

"Came for the pool and hot tub and was not disappointed. Pool and hotub is open till midnight (as it should be!) and was very well maintained and clean. There is even an Adult Swim from 11:00pm-12!!! Rooms were stocked with real name brand soaps and shampoos and besides a chipped/missing tile wallbase everything was in good condition - even the pulsing showerhead. The only negative is there was a marijuana odor around some rooms in the hallway so if you have kids or are sensitive to that kind of thing you may want to consider elsewhere. Nice escape"

"They had bed bugs & the heat didn’t work . I had to leave all my belongings there cause I woke up covered in bed bugs"

"Seems like this was a 5 star destination hotel about 40 years ago. Still nice, but dated. Quiet. Could use a little more TLC, but has a lot of great character."

"Hot tub was not very hot. Had to pull out the stop button to get jets to work, plus they were set too hard and water going over the edge. When using the jets it made the tub water hold. "
