"No pool. They have no tv guide. It is assinine. All you can do is flick between channels, comercials. There are other services other than Rogers. If they won't fix it, cancel it. Roku would also work, and most likely will be cheaper. When you are old, and tired from work, tv is the only time killer. Everything else was good, but most lokely will look for a hotel with a workable tv for future business trips. "

"Excellent staff and great facilities. Very close to many amenities such as restaurants and fuel. Our puppy was welcome there and no issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Barrie Ontario."

"The rooms were good. Spacious and met our needs especially the family suite. Pack n plays were in good condition. Pool needs a good clean. The pool sides have not been done in some time. Breakfast was busy and got bogged down at the toaster. Need another toaster or a fast continuous feed toaster. "

"Room had a broken toilet and no closet. Was moved at around 5am to a new room which had a closet and the toilet didn’t leak"

"The beds are in desperate need of replacement. Most bathroom fixtures and drains need maintenance or replacement. Loud with disturbance never being attended to. Police at location twice during stay. Outside of property covered in garbage. "
