This was one of the most pleasurable stays I've had in recent years. The hotel is close to the airport (short shuttle or rental car drive of about 1 mile / 2km).
Blue Lagoon is an easy shuttle or rental car drive away. There is a lighthouse and a golf course within 20 minutes.
Reykjavik is not more than 40 minutes away.
And, the Ring Road is easily accessible in either direction.
Not to mention, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. This was my 2nd stay at this...
We were in room 1 - it was very large. Two sofas three bedrooms three bathrooms and a large kitchen. The warm air hit us as we walked in the door - very nice. No awful sprays or other bad odors. It was just what we needed including a washing machine to clean the baby clothes. I recommend staying here. It is a very practical and comfortable place. Papa’s pizzas and fish and chips is near and has good food. Other sights are close by and not busy.
Elli and Runa were amazing. Before our arrival. They already checked to see when we will arrive to prepare the place. Since we were arriving early. They graciously took in our luggages so we can go to the lagoons and enjoy the day without having to have our car full of luggages.
The place was exceptionally clean with all kinds of goodies. Very close to the airport within 5 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely book with them again if we return to Iceland.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Konvin Hotel near Keflavík Airport. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the front desk staff were polite and welcoming. Dinner was the highlight—every dish we ordered for our group of 12 was absolutely delicious! The convenient airport shuttle got us to the airport in just 15 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year!
Very clean and quiet. We arrived before 10AM and they were willing to do our room up right away. Kitchen, dining room, bathroom, hot tub, and common spaces well maintained and clean. Would stay there again.

Great stay. Breakfast was awesome. Everything is fresh. Didn't have sheets, but I hear this is common in Iceland. I kept in touch with the staff and they respond very quickly to any questions I may have had. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and there was someone waiting on us. Highly recommend
I chose this hotel because it had a room for three and was in walking distance of KEF. It was perfect. The room was good, not fancy. Could have used a bathmat, but other than that no issues. I would definitely stay again if I needed an airport hotel. Food in restaurant and at breakfast was simple and tasty.
Located in a quiet little town, but still nearby everything you want to do on Iceland’s SE side. The owner is a great person with a very warm heart, and also a very talented artist. The breakfast was just what we needed to save a little cash in one of the most expensive places We’ve ever been. Not a lot of services in the town, but if you want a relaxing stay...I had it droves!
