"Our stay was amazing. Rooms was very clean. Receptionist was very friendly and lovely person.Dinner service was very good aswell food was delicious. In the morning we choose to try breakfast service and omg we was no disappointed. lovely women name Regina welcomed us in most possible amazing way wow. "Beautiful hotel in a great location. The desk staff and the doormen were all fabulous. The lift wasn’t working but we were okay taking the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast as there are cheaper and better options nearby. The breakfast staff seemed very disorganized when we were there. Just a heads up that there is a discretionary gratuity mentioned at checkout. I wish I had known in advance as it caught me off guard. "
"We enjoyed our brief stay here. The room was compact but comfortable and extremely convenient to eateries and walking distance to the Tower Bridge and other landmarks. We ate at the pub across the alley for dinner which appeared to be mostly locals, which was a nice experience. We would stay here again."
