"We only stayed one night. However, our shower did not have hot water. The coffee cups for the coffee machine were also dirty. Aside from that, the room was clean."

"Hotel was filthy!! We spent 2 nights and the common areas were never swept. The hallway outside the room was never swept for 2 days and a candy wrapper was picked up but all the crumbs in the hallway were never swept. The floor in the room was disgusting as well, ants on the floors. The beds did not have sheets on them. The shower curtain was dirty with spots on it and needed washed. The room key would intermittently not work and we would have to get a new key practically every time we went into the room with no ID. The pool was closed and filled with cabinets for a remodel without any notice that the hotel was being renovated and that the pool would be closed. What a disappointment!!"

"When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very nice. Otherwise, not a great experience. My parents had a mouse in their room and we found a roach in our room. It was very dingy and rundown. They didn’t tell us that the free breakfast is in a small area that’s not part of the diner. I don’t think you can bring your food to your room. The beds were comfortable and the temperature of the room was good. The place didn’t smell very good and the shower water was so loud. Would not stay here again."

"I was in town for a conference over the weekend. Check in was quick and simple enough since i booked thru Expedia everything was already confirmed and ready. The rooms are outdated and could definitely use a fresher up, but the room was adequate enough for our needs. "
