"Check-in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30pm and we told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the people before us were aloud to check out at 4pm and the room still needed to be cleaned. When we got to the room, the floor and counters was visibly dirty. We had 3 guests. They didn't provide linen for the pull out couch. They only gave us 2 towels and the TV did not work."

"The staff was really nice, but the property was not. There was the smell of marijuana in the elevators and a foul odor as though the sewer was backing up in the hallways.was not very happy with our stay ! We were booked there for 2 nights, but we end up only staying one night and lost out on our money for the next night. Because we refused to stay there another night! We have previously stayed at other holiday inn expresses and this one by far was the worst one!"

"The breakfast was too expensive. Went elsewhere. Our stay was not good. I reserved an acessable room. The room we were assigned was not. The equipment available to bring in our luggage was not available when needed and the workers were not helpful. Answers to questions were short and inadequate.. i will never stay at this hotel again. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone...overpriced and inadequate. I am losing my previously good opinion of Hilton and will not use your hotels again. Robert Whelchel "

"Property was nice and clean. Restaurant was expensive with ok food. Room was very clean and had everything you need. The bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but that’s my opinion. "

"The bed seemed to have a tin frame that it sat on and it buckled and popped with the slightest movement on the bed. It made for a long night with two in the bed. The breakfast was solid and the place was well cleaned. The building was showing signs of age."
