My stay was fine. The room you book online is misleading it’s really a studio not a suite. It was still a good size. I will say my they were very attentive to any issue I brought to their attention. Breakfast was great. I did receive my deposit back in a timely manner. I will definitely stay again.

The staff was kind but not helpful. The rooms are NOT clean. The pool is horribly maintained. The water was so cloudy. The ad stated the pool was heated but the water was ICE COLD! The breakfast area was clean but not tasty. The coffee tasted as if it was made with filthy smelly water. But the worst was HAVING A LIVE COCKROACH CRAWL ON THE BLANKETS WHILE I WAS IN BED!!!!

We mentioned it to the front desk and he said the temperature was controlled by the pool company. Breakfast, the fresh made waffles were the best toped with butter, bananas and syrup. The staff was friendly and great. We even forgot a phone and charger and had to return to the hotel after check out and guess what, the phone and charger was waiting for us. Thank you so much!
