"Hotel was updated clean and new staff was very nice and suggested things to do in Beaver Dam area My only problem was that the pool area was so strong of chlorine smell that I couldn’t participate in swimming with my grandson because it affected my breathing , with that being said I feel that an exhaust system should be installed to make the pool area safer ! We come to beaver dam to visit our grandson and I might have to rethink staying at Comfort inn because I enjoy swimming with my grandson and because of this issue I can’t . Disappointed because I really liked the hotel . Sincerely, Tamara "

"Clean facility and room. Friendly staff. Dog stayed comfortably. There is no bar though. It’s prominently displayed in their Hotels.com ad, but I actually found the room and it’s being used as storage."

"Our room was spacious, but could use updating. Kids enjoyed pool. It looks like some renovation to that area is coming. Breakfast had good options. The room was so warm, even when set at 64. Staff members were helpful and friendly."

"Lots of things were great. Non warm breakfast was ready at 4am. Pool was perfect 88 degrees. No hair or other surprises in our room. Staff was nice, helpful. We enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel was very clean, beds comfy, room was spacious.Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the highway noise and the light on the smoke detector flashing all night. Would stay again. "

"For one the website states vending machines and free continental breakfast under amenities. They dont have either. The bed was hard as a rock, mattress was nasty!! The sheets did not fit properly which then exposed the mattress. Also had to listen to a dog bark most of the night. "
