"no water when we checked in they said they will fix it camenin in two hours and it was still mot working. Also they claim there is wife but its a joke its always down and in the rooms it does not work at all. beds very uncomfortable and short (my feet are linint outside the bed and i am not even that talk) and stuff is unhelpful. worst hotel that I have ever stayed in philippines, stay away from thisnplace! "

"Stayed here recently and honestly it was a pretty bad experience. The room had a strong smell right when we walked in and it never went away. Made it uncomfortable the whole time. There was also no hot water at all, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. Showering was not enjoyable. On top of that, the bed only had a thin sheet—no proper blanket—so it wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. Overall, this place needs serious improvement. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay here again."

"The breakfast was basic and sometimes odd. There was a cockroach in my room. The property and amenities were very run down and low standard. The bathroom shower had no separation to the toilet and would flood. The only saving grace of this place was the most beautiful view and the very lovely staff who were always pleasant and helpful "

"We had a fantastic stay at Mansion Buenavista. It is ideally situated to explore El Nido and the surrounding area, just a short 5-10 minute into the town. The property itself is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive and having the delicious breakfast included was a bonus. I’d recommend anyone who is visiting the El Nido area to stay here. "
