They were so understanding and helpful that our trip went so smooth. They even guided us to great places to check out for food and exploring. "Paid for a bridge view room on the third floor. We could see it but it was far from picture worthy. The upstairs hallway is narrow, if you walk past other people with luggage it becomes a problem. The room was nice and well stocked, clean. The beds however killed me and my back. One night on the bed and I felt like I had been hit by a car. The pillows provided were also rock hard, and unyielding. I won't be back again."
