They kept the parking lot and sidewalks salted and cleared during the snowstorm. Breakfast was nice, but I wish they would add hot oatmeal. I would stay again."

"The shuttle picks uou right at the front door and runs every 15-20 minutes from 530a-10pm to the Cleveland Clinic. The valet us also right st the front door. Its hassle free, they have a restaurant on site, clean rooms with big showers..it makes our trip up to the clinic 4 times a year so much easier."

The showers should be given more attention. Slow draining and the glass doors along with many handles were not clean. "What I liked: very convenient from I480, feels safe and quiet. old but in working order. Drive up to door entrance. Plenty of Parking. WiFi, good refrig and freezer. Great bed. Firm. Heat and Air are execellent. What it needs, for winter, coat hook by door to avoid getting in snow and ice. 1 more waste basket and rod or shelf for clothes near bathroom.s TV instructions because it uses buttons on TV instead of remove. For overnight and short stays it is excellent."

"But this hotel was a baseball Lover's Dream. It is barely on the same back as Progressive Field. With a parking lot attached to the hotel for safe keeping. The room was beautifully designed enough for four people easy. But the true best part is it is a 5-minute walk directly to the stadium. And it was cold the day we were there so a warm hotel lobby was welcoming."
