People were nice. An outdoor basketball hoop was on the premises which was helpful for my son who was there for a nearby basketball tournament. Breakfast was good. Snacks, drinks, and medicine were available for purchase. We wanted to use the fold out bed under the couch, but when we opened it up, it was covered with debris which had slipped btw the cushions. Carpet was very worn with areas of heavy wear/discoloration and undulation from being stretched out.
