"the tub worked fantastic, Erika and Francesco were kind and very helpful with reservations and any requests. great location too. Only challenge were the stairs but we were assisted with luggage when help was around. Coffee, water and tea are available, but food is available at nearby kiosks and restaurants. It’s a quaint experience. "

They have a nice breakfast buffet with a variety of baked goods, meats and fruits. The location is great for walking in the historical center and it is an easy walk to Teatro Massimo. "What really makes this place are the hosts, they went above and beyond at every turn. We arrived with a lot of luggage and they graciously helped us carry everything up the 4 flights of stairs to the room. The room itself was lovely, it looked brand new. A nice little balcony for smokers or just to enjoy the view below. The water pressure and tempuratire was great in the shower and good in the bath after we had been showed how to work it. The bath itself is a great amenity as they are...
