"I have booked this hotel for one night stay in August. Due to our travels, we have arrived around 9 PM. There were no one at the office. The phone numbers were provided to call for Edmonton. It took half an hour to reach someone at these two numbers. Person or the owner on the other line said that we should plan our trip better and arrive on time like other people.
