"The staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Room itself was okay. I liked the cleaning on request. I enjoyed my stay, only the location was a bit inconvenient. (Just a little bit far from all the action) But I would recommend if you want a stay outside of the busy area. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"Toilet was broken. No daily cleaning so towels were used and dirty. Ran out of toilet paper. No shower curtain so water on the floor and rug was soaked with water. The staff member at the front desk actually sneered and never smiled or spoke a kind word. The map was not accurate. When I called they were not helpful. I had to pay a taxi to show me the way. "

"Surprised no coffee facilities in the room .Went to store clothes on shelfs lucky l checked top shelf about 6 ft high. Not a problem for me as im 6.3 and it was covered in dust . Like it had not been cleaned in a year. Other than that it is good value for money."
