"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

The first night we were so tired we didnt care, but 9 nights was long enough that our sleep suffered. Staff was very polite, laundry room was convenient. Surrounding area had plenty of shopping and dining and kashiwa station was next door almost."
