"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

"While the room was small, it was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was always willing to help and answer questions. The train station is across the street and you are within walking distance of a mall. The on site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I would stay here again when I come back to Japan."

The room was small but adequate, given we were out all day, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a western-style stand-up shower. "All one room (minus laundry and bathrooms) but very comfortable and cool in the Tokyo heat. The balcony isn’t accessible but the windows open for a view if you want it. The train station is a short walk and there’s a konbini just down the road in either direction. We rarely used the bus system but there is a stop right in front of the building. All around great location for a stay in Tokyo!"
